After quite a hiatus (wedding, surgery, laziness) I did a couple of 2 milers back in N.I. (on Boxing Day and the 27th - spot the guilt). Went out this evening with the intention of doing a couple of laps of the block but felt good so kept going. Did my 5k loop which goes over Denmark Hill and then an extra small loop when I got back to the flat.
