People have modified 110mm pcd rings to fit Campag CT by extending the fifth hole into an oval, with varying degrees of crudeness, from just attacking it with a file to setting the ring up on a mill and doing a really proper job. Have Rotor not got this covered with a Campag specific product? Oval rings are pure marketing BS, which ought to be an easy sale to American Freds who are prepared to pay US prices for Campag, even though they can't pronounce it.
