• Mac drives are FAT32 and PC's aren't right?

    Na Mac's are HFS+ (Mac OS Extended). FAT32 would be fine for this too BUT remember there is a 4GB file limit so its not good for large video files etc but for loads of small files (mp3, aac etc) it'll be fine.

    In fact if dancing james has time its worth testing both FAT32 & exFAT because some people report reduced transfer speeds on exFAT formatted drives but I haven't had any issues. You'll need to format the drive on the Mac for exFAT.
