@T-V - it mainly involves getting up at 5am, being out the house around 6am, and being back by noon without the luxury of then falling asleep on the sofa; instead I usually have to go and kick a ball around in a park, or do comedy fast-walking behind a microscooter of bicycle for a few hours. It's OK though, as I enjoy riding through the dawn.
I do sometimes get the train home once I'm in affordable Oyster territory - I'd rather get those 10 miles done in peace and quiet rather than fucking knackered and in urban Sunday douchebag traffic. Well worth the ~£2.50.
