I'm keeping a record, but sadly it's a second-hand account with the person who heard it not prepared to get involved. My guess is the outcome would be the knuckle dragger stays but will suspect the wierdo or dyke of grassing him up.
This company is so badly run and we're both planning on leaving anyway (I'm moving from the area). The place is welcome to all the idiots and bigots and can run itself into the ground once 2 of their few competent staff have gone.
