I don't know, different bike required different input, is there's scenario where I wishes I have a geared bicycle? of course, but the majority of time I enjoyed the fixed wheels the best, the only time I didn't were the descent where I regret having a 22t fixed cogs over a 20t freewheel on the flip flop hubs.
It's not as hard as it seemed.
