My winters are max 85 psi, I find 70 is a nice compromise for grip on the ice without being too slow when you hit tarmac again so 10 psi below the max is probably a good idea.
Interested to see how the 30c ones work out, I'm always happy to have the outer row of studs on mine when things start to go a bit sideways!
