Run them a touch low to start with. PSI in winter conditions varies, though running a thick sidewalled commuting tyre too low is pretty sluggish. Try 45?
I'm starting mine at 10 PSI, and working down. Slightly wider tyres though ;)
I suspect my shit bead locks to be the first things to cause issue.
