I think I'm starting to get tendinitis in both my Achilles. I did a week of intensive exercise and have been doing Pilates six days out of seven for the past month and have been out on my bike. I've been trying a variety of calf stretches but itdoesn't seem to be easing at all. Every morning I wake up I can hardly walk because they feel so tight.
