Yeah it is beyond Watford ish.. so I guess Edgeware/Harrow- Rickmansworth- Amersham- Chesham might be the route to take

To be honest getting a nice route out of central London is probably the hardest to get right as routes are so numerous and from then on as long as you dont completely fuck up the roads are going to be much the same...

Lived in hertford for 20 odd years. Nice place. Parents still live in Bengeo.

I moved back to the city after a 10 month struggle to survive out there. Was a terrible experience.

Berkhamsted, West Herts here, up in da Chilterns. Lots of rides, but plenty hills.

Done a few trips out East though, through Harpenden, Wheathamsted and on to the Ayots. Nice riding. Back by way of Kimpton, Luton Hoo, Markyate and Studham.
