Digital photography

Not sure if here or AQA is the best place for this post but can someone recommend a good photo-book producer?

Years ago I tried "myphotobook" and was impressed by the end quality but I found their layout organising software infuriating this time around. I then moved to fiddling with iphoto (since I have it anyway) but while the layout seems ok it seems unexpectedly expensive.

Any other reccomendations, especially WRT print quality, price and smoothness of design.

Another option I haven't explored is that I think I have an old copy of Phtotoshop CSsomething that I've never used. How easy would it be to learn to produce a book using that software, and would it be easy to get it printed?
