Chelsea and Westminster and Charing X both good sites. I'd probably speak with your GP and stress the urgency to see what can be done. I'm not too familiar with specific NHS services in West London. Colleagues at my Chelsea clinic could assess and perform diagnostic ultrasound but this can be limited for deep intra-articular problems.
