  • Its very difficult- but you either have to go about it through knackeredness or just bloody-mindedness.
    Knackeredness- accept that one day you're going to have to wake up @6, regardless of the time you get to sleep. Force yourself through that day. Avoid coffee, etc in the evening, hit bed at a sensible time.
    Bloody-mindedness- Go to bed. Turn off computer, lights, everything. Shut eyes and wait.
    I prefer the 1st method.

    These have no scientific background. Just trial and error.
