  • Anyone got a good stream for West Brom 2 - 0 West Ham?

None of the English Sopcast or StreamTorrent ones on Wiziwig seem to be working, and the Firstrowsports ones all have shit sound.

Where does one go for a good stream nowadays?

  • Have to say, I agree with this. Shawcross let himself and his club down yesterday

  • Friday's match will bring you d o w n.

Our home form has been great and we always win the passing at Pride Park. I expect nothing less than a win on Friday.

  • Genuine question: What do you mean with the sucked in part? From what I see, he hasn't developed his attacking play. Far too pedestrian, too many nothing passes in the middle of the pitch and nowhere near enough directness.

This whole new amazing philosophy that we've been bombarded with by Brenda and the media, like he's developed some new amazing style that is suppose to make us sit up and take note of. He's a fraud, that's why people are 'sucked in'

Strachan sussed him about a few weeks ago saying he must've missed it and he can't see what the fuss is. The only philosophy he should worry about is passing the ball and getting it in the back of the net

How did you get to this conclusion or are you just reciting shite you heard from your leader Stevie Me?? >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

When you say stuff like that I have to question your knowledge. Suso is shit? Really?

Yep but he's slightly better than Naismith

  • it will be worse when torres goes out on loan to leeds.

  • Woy after 17 games:
    W6, 22pnts, 9th in league

    Brenda after 17 games:
    W5, 22pnts, 12th in league

    Tick tock, tick tock....

  • But wait, it's all about the new philosophy, a 180 page document and new kit deal

  • I don't know Pistanator, but he does seem a bit fucking obsessed with Liverpool.

Is he a massive fan or have I got this all wrong?

  • And Channel 5 documentaries.

    That's one option.

The other is that he needs more than 4 months, and a few signings to implement that.

I'd say it's too early to say.

There are a lot of positive signs, generally we are dominating games, we just aren't scoring. And it's pretty obvious what can be done about that.

I think give him another two transfer windows, and a lot more time, and we can have this same conversation next Christmas.

The football isn't that far off where kk was at. Decent, pretty, slow as Fuck build up play but soft as a dunked biscuit in the final third. I don't like the way we don't hunt down the ball on losing it and earn the right. And he seems a bit too clever in that I can't see him investing in a 6foot plus central midfielder or attacker. Despite our well discussed lack of options up front he doesn't appear to have coached any of the current players t make the required runs.

Had no idea he was serious about 2nd...Div.

He sounds like he needs a bit of a reality slap across the chops.

He's what's known as a super fan. To prove how blue he is he'll trawl the interweb for negative stories on lfc to the point of parody....then again there are a lot of bells that do that here.

He has NOT developed his approach since Swansea.

  • He has NOT developed his approach since Swansea.

    And?

I like the way he organises the team, and the way he's giving youth a chance.

I've said it before, I don't care what position we finish this year, or next year. I don't really care on a game by game basis if we lose or win, as long as we are playing well (obviously it's nice when we do win).

What I care about is that we are in a position to return to the top in 5,10,15 years, through good youth players coming through, positive, creative, attacking play, and off the pitch a self-sustaining financial setup, such as a new stadium, better sponsorship, marketing, etc.

And I think Rodgers is the sort of manager who can bring that sort of long term success. I certainly don't see the point of changing again, for at least another 2 years. We've got very little to lose, but a lot to gain.

  • I'd say that Swansea put something in place with Martinez.

  • Adriano just scored an absolute blooter

  • Bar 2 - 1 ATL. HT. Barcelona will be about 10 odd points clear at the top if they win this. Their record this season is something like W15 D1 L0. Nuts.

  • Madrid have been unlucky - their game plan has been bang on.

Simeone give them hell at HT and come out having another go for the first 20.

  • Oh no. Apparently you have to qualify for the Champions League first and win it.

    You mean buy it.

  • Like Barcelona and Real Madrid, like ManU and Liverpool? If you mean that wealthy teams tend to do better than poorer teams, yes, but they still have to win. Barcelona is far wealthier than Chelsea but we knocked them out over two legs.

  • And as a West Ham supporter, how do you feel about the pornographers "buying" you promotion? How do you feel about the Icelandics, who had bought you promotion, going bust and causing you to be relegated?

Football, for better or worse, is about money. For years Chelsea squeezed through with little or none thanks to the avarice of Mears. Now they have some, they can compete.

Do you believe that success should be limited to those clubs who were bankrolled in the 1970s and 1980s or should every team have a chance of success by finding a financial backer? Remember also that Abramovich would not have bought Chelsea but for the Champions League qualification that had been achieved when the club was near bust.

  • And now West Ham are being given a ground. If you had the principles that you pretend to have, you would at least offer to pay for it.

  • Does it really matter about West Ham though Clive cos Chelsea are still a barrel of cunts!

  • I must admit, it was a pleasure listening to [strike] bog eyed freak[/strike] Moyes not treating the rest of the world like idiots with his comments on Felliani. So refreshing for somemone to just say: IT WAS WRONG and he deserves everything he gets.

    #stillalongballteam

yeah fair play to gollem for that.. Fellani to be banned what 6-9 games... might help the selling in January to say psg?

  • Great win against Swansea, was worried when gallas' name was on the team sheet instead of caulker, glad that Parker made a return to action and that we were hitting Swansea on the break. Made a lot of chances and Defoe could have scored a hat trick, but we played well, Dembele was good, the team pressed well, harrying in Swansea and though the end was a bit harum scarum we held on for the clean sheet.

This was one of the games I was worried about, and we've got stoke next, time to see if our new found resillience can stretch that far.

Defintely need to buy a striker come the transfer window. Really worried if defoe or Adebayor goes down..
