Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

If I stop behind a vehicle at a junction I always attempt to make it as difficult as possible for someone behind me to get past. It constantly amazes me how small a gap people will shove their way through so they can get to the front, wait for the green light and then wobble off at 5mph. It might not be a stupidly dangerous thing to do if it's not a left-indicating HGV, but it's still pointless, ignorant and selfish.

this, even worse is when people are 4-6 cars back and they get on the pavement meander to the front on the pavement and the lights go green and they just bomb it down infront of a car

I always sort of hope they get their front wheel taken from them just to teach a lesson.
