Monday was the first time in years that i'd been really frustrated with my Mac.
My BT keyboard died on Monday, after having it since they first came out (2007 ish?). Not a problem as 5 / 6 years is plenty good service imo.
Popped to the Apple store and bought a new one, came home to install it and couldn't get it to pair with my Mac Mini. It turns out that, aside from fresh installing ML, there is no way of pairing a new BT keyboard with your Mac when it's at the login screen. As both mine and my girlfriends profiles are password protected, i could not get into the desktop to pair it.
I actually had to go back out to Argos, cough up £6 for a sclaffy looking usb one, come home, type precisely 9 characters with it and then i could use my new one.
Middle class problems, i know, but it pissed me off.
