And yes, that interview is cringeworthy. "How did it make you feel" Oprah-style questioning. They should have been grilled about the discussions that took place afterwards amongst the radio staff and if they ever thought that the nursing staff might get in trouble. They should have been asked if they'd now resign from their jobs.
I hate commercial radio stations with 'shock jocks'.
