I learn a lots from Scherrit and were able to help customer massively in getting the right fit on their bicycle (obviously basic but tend to refer them to him if they wanted more information).
As for the fork, it's your bike but honestly I think it'd be a bit far fetched to get a new bike that look awesome and suddenly changing the fork to make it "less relaxed", IMHO of course.
