If it's the skewer slipping out of the cup, the cups cant be tight enough, or are tight and then losen - undo.
Make sure to screw to tighten the cups around the axel ends is not able to come undone. Sounds like what is happening.
My qr turbo skewer always comes undone, but because the cups are tight, it has no effect. Slightly more rock, but it will not come out. Because the cups aren't coming undone.
