This should be the message to all road users.
Most cyclists I know were at some time/ or still are drivers themselves. I find this helped me understand both road users but people still need to be educated.
There needs to be tougher sentencing laws it won't take long for there to be a paramount set and it will make all road users think twice.
But the long and the short of it is, as has been said time and time again; Driving a car you are essentially driving something that can kill a lot easier than a cyclist.
