Do you know what you have, and what you're doing? UltraTorque (UT) don't need any kind of puller tool, you just pull them out by hand after removing the centre bolt and the drive side circlip.
PowerTorque (POS) cranks need that puller to get the NDS crank off the axle spline, just one of the many reasons I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole. You also need the official Campagnolo piece of cardboard to protect the crank from the puller.
