74 degree seat tube is normal, when I have my bike fit, I have an in-line seatpost and a modern saddle (fizik), tried lowering the saddle a tiny bit and tilted the nose a little higher? (should be either horizontal or slightly tilted).
Do let me know, I found another one of the V2 and the geometry is exactly the same.
