It is astonishing and does everything you suggested, but for the rear pocket. They do a ladies specific one but not in black
They do a more cycling specific one, but it doesn't have a hood, but does have a rear pocket. I am really impressed, extremely breathable and so far waterproof. I have been out a lot in it of late, not a drop has got in
They have a shop in Covent garden.
