As I said earlier, I swapped to a Force front mech and it's much much better- the other thing to bear in mind is that any front mech dealing with a 16T difference is at the limit of what it can cope with, so (for example) the 10T shift between 36 to 46 is going to be much easier for the mech to deliver.
