Few months ago I came off and hurt my wrist. I couldnt be bothered to get it checked out. Some folks off here convinced me I should go to A&E. But I went thinking I was wasting my time. Turns out I had snapped my left scaphoid in my wrist and ended up being in a cast for 6 weeks followed by another 6 weeks of rehab.
