Any 110bcb double of ebay. I got an apex crankset for £15 which should give a 42.5mm chainline on the inside. I'll be (eventually) running a 9sp chain singlespeed so chainline isn't super critical. Obviously if you're running a freehub rear wheel you can stick the cog wherever you want.
