Your use of the word "false" implies that the accusation was knowingly false. That contradicts the finding by your own FA who said Chelsea and Mikel were right to raise the complaint.
You confuse evidence and proof.
There was evidence of 1). The FA discounted the evidence because the person who heard it was not a native English speaker. They decided that the evidence did not prove the accusation. That was their determination and is open to question if not appeal.
Mikel was told that he had been abused and complained. Is that wrong?
