It's slightly more involved but Tasker is good for setting up various battery saving rules, things like turn off Wifi when you leave your flat or turn off data overnight (but turn on once an hour to sync) and so on.
Does anyone else find that deleting files/folders seems to be a bit hit and miss on the Galaxy Nexus?
If I delete something via Ghost Commander (or Astro File Manager) then it still seems to be there on Windows Explorer (connected as Media device) and vice versa.
