I have yes - the main reason I went for the second hand dura ace is because they come with keirin spacing so I wouldn't have to mess around with axles etc on any hubs that I purchased.
Had thought about A23s too - and please correct me if I am wrong - but I wanted a rim with a black braking surface, something that the archetype has. Does the A23?
