The hubs not being sealed really isn't that much of an issue - may just need an extra service.
I was going to suggest Goldtec front and rear as they're on sale at TFG - and that would come £150, so £123 is aiight.
I think archetypes are lovely looking things but have you thought about Velocity A23's?
