As I have said, just file the threads down (takes about five minutes max), and use some muscle to put them in. I've done this with System Ex hubs, then Gran Compe for four years, no problem. In fact I think on both there is a washer you can remove if you are that worried, but I could never be arsed.
Oh and save your money. Get System Ex and just upgrade with Phil Bearings.
