Sikaflex? Spend the time cleaning the old stuff out really thoroughly, and mask the seams really carefully before starting, so you can apply it, then wipe over the top while it's still wet, then peel the tape off. It's the neatest way of doing it. Don't try and do too much area at once though, just a few seams at a time.
