Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

How much above your station do you have to be , to think you have the right to shout at another cyclist for doing something you deem as wrong?
Do it to me and i'll kick you off your bike .
Station? Right? It's just words mate, freedom of expression. Feel free to ignore or respond in kind.. or be a fucking nutter and kick them off their bike.
