Oh look, it's time to post that photo again, the one with the new ATAC cleats vs the old ones on which I got 5th & 4th respectively in the Catford & Bec hillclimbs the week before the photo was taken. I was on fixed, and didn't unclip.
You can push the envelope massively with these things if you really want to, but as mentioned upthread, when the little arrow on the surface of the cleat has well and truly disappeared, you might wish to change them.
