Not a bike but a 531 steel frame here at Harleston 20 miles south. 1980 Carlton Pro-Am, unused since powder coat (white) and new headset last year. Ideal fixer; project abandoned because I found another frame more my size. £100 (is cost of paint job and headset) delivered locally. PM if interested.

I'm converting my old polo bike (Dawes 531 frame) into a sort of TT-style rat bike. Planning on 5 speed with single front chainring, Cinelli Angel bars with the extensions + arm rests removed etc, so I'm after...

Anyone have an old road bike or beater they're willing to part with for pittence? I'm looking for something to get to and from work with that I can lock up anywhere without having to worry too much

I have got an old dutch bike that needs some tlc you can have. Would make an awesome pub beater if you can put the time in to get it working...
