Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

I can see how low people's expectation of cyclists is. If I stop, to let the car turn right, to let the guy out of the junction or even as basic as letting the mother with children cross the road on the zebra, the look of surprised gratitude is telling.

Yeah, it's simultaneously gratifying and depressing isn't it.
