Helmeted dude with a black T-Level bag with something wrapped in a green plastic bag sticking out the top on a black geared bike, doing a sweet gearstand on Shaftbury Avenue/New Oxford Street at about 7. Was either giving me 'on here?' looks or 'why are you staring at my bike' looks.
