actually 80's just looked at the photos and it has a lot of c-record stuff on mixed with athena levers. Looks like a mixed rebuild with early 80's part on a mid 90's frame.

and the '96 master had thicker tubing and and lug cut outs on the seat tube
the chrome triangle on the seatstays appears on my '96
I thought coniflex used the masters in '89, a fella on velospace has one
I also thought the first masters were released circa '84-85, after the nuovo mexico/esa mexico era, which some quarters consider master precursors
