• Well, where do I start? Was he a dangerous driver? Not really, but he most certainly was a mental one. I just came out from Brick lane, the bagel shops end, cut onto the Bethnal Green Road, as I was approaching a red light, I filtered to the front, stopped on the left side in front of a HGV, I had done nothing wrong at that stage, I didn't filter dangerously - there was at least 2 meter gap for me to cycle pass the HGV and I stopped where I was supposed to. he then started finger pointing at me and mouthing off. I thought I best ignore him. He then start rolling into the ASL, as he was getting closer to me, I felt the need to respond to him, he then lowered his window and repeatedly said the following:

"Don't jump the red light again, I have been watching you, don't you jump the red light, I am watching."
"Don't pass by on my left side, I am watching you..."

Well first, I didn't jump any red light, there was no red light to jump other then that traffic light where I stopped. And I didn't pass through him dangerously, like I said, there was at least 2 meters gap and the traffic was stationary.

So I responded to him that there was more than enough gap for anyone to go through and that he shouldn't be rolling into the cycle box and that he was in the wrong. He repeated that "I am watching you..." shit... I would have jumped the red light if I could at that point as he managed to leave me very little space, but there was a big busy juction in front... drivers never stop to amaze me and I wish I had my bike camera with me (I blame Evans for running out of stock of the one I ordered...)
