This frame will probably have been built with a 470mm A-C fork in mind though. If yours is 440mm, thats a 30mm reduction. Assuming 0.5 degrees head tube angle effect per 10mm. You'd be steepening your head tube angle by 1.5 degrees. Which is a lot.
Thats^kinda guesswork. But it makes an important point.
