I guess.
The idea is to have that^ as an extreme option. But also to have all the nice items for idividual use too. Definitly use those waterproof knickers autumm/spring off-roading over some bibs.
The real question is whether the comfort is that much better than a thermal bib + leg warmer combo. Or the thermal tight + non-thermal bib combo. Maybe my winter clothes pennys are better spent elsewhere.
