Oliver was very helpful, but my case isn't worth taking on - no personal injury. He told me how I could make an insurance claim but I don't think it'll be worth my time. Looks like I'll be paying to true the wheel and he'll get off completely without repercussion.

But it's only a wheel-truing I need, maybe a spoke replacement. Not worth it.
