That was my thinking, convert my TN719's to tubeless with the Stans kit/whatever.
Michelin Mud 2's can be used I believe, and I have a pair of those that Zed is currently using so could probably do it for a fairly low cost.
Of course, I'd prefer not to share one wheelset between two bikes but it would make things cheaper.
