are chelsea the new liverpool?
Only to the extent that our armchair faux scousers keep droning on and on about Chelsea.
Bring back Pisti and a proper perspective on football.

Clive I'd say, generally, your a sensible fellow.
However, that last sentence of yours makes me wonder about the presence of amyloid plaques in your brain. -
• #68206
You're a sensible fellow.

Hmm tough one. Not that I actually go to games and can therefore speak from experience, but I don't think I would report someone up if they were acting in an overtly racist manner at in a football ground. I don't think I would see it as my public duty. If a club wants to clamp down on it than that's their prerogative. If what was said or done personally offended me then I would have no qualms in saying what I thought to that person's face. I can't think of much that would rile me or hurt my feelings that badly that I would need to do that though.
I don't think it's a problem at the Emirates anyway, our fanbase is fairly diverse in ethnic origin.

I posted a link to an article a couple of pages back. I was sat next to a couple of guys at the FA cup SF and a group of guys behind us had been at it for 40 minutes already until one says: "oh Drogba, you lazy fuckin black cunt". I complained, two chaps next to me had a verbal as well, didn't see most of he match and the scumbag received a lifetime ban from the bridge as a result.
I for one am glad that several people complained its called progress. Sadly not enough of it is being made.

Mancini was offered a €8M 5 year deal at Monaco, tax free, obviously.

He would do far better there and it would give Citeh the chance to bring Hughes back as he can't have long left at QPR.

Per year, for a 2nd division team.

I was at an exeter city match last year and some guy was audibly abusing a middle eastern player - "come here to blow us up?" "wheres your bomb" etc.
I emailed the club complaining, as did a few around where I was. Got an email back about 3 weeks later saying that since no stewards heard, they would do nothing. Pathetic. -

It was a "just in case".

Has this been mentioned yet? Fergie wading into the rasism claims...

Anything to sweeten the refs.

I think it's an interesting stance to take. In this case I'd have thought staying quiet unless you have proof either way would have been the best option - must be something to be gained by winding Chelsea up some more...

Payback to Clattenburg.

Oh Clive.
GIVE IT A REST. -
