Evans has a fair selection of bargain cross rigs this year. Have a go on the Norco, Jamis, Genesis etc. Try both of the 'dales. Pick the one you like the most. £200 doesn't leave you much wiggle room for upgrades but we did get a pair of Fulcrum 5s for £130 shipped recently so a wheel upgrade isn't out of the question.
