Jeez dammit, that's a perfectly respectable 5k time. Although I'm finally enjoying running I'm still ridiculously slow. You'd leave me for dead if we ran together.
I need to sign up for next season's races now really to give me something to aim at. It's all gone a bit er... aimless lately. Although my running's rapidly improving, my swimming has gone to bits and I've barely been out on the road bike since I bought it in early September. Damn cold dark evenings and weekends full of social commitments. Damn apathy.
