Like I said, always check that page. It will show upcoming Apple events and rumours for all products. If the little circle is red next to the product, DO NOT BUY IT! :)
As for their return policy, i'm pretty sure you have 14 days. Some stores will give you longer straight after a product launch because they feel sorry for you.
