I've been waiting for some decent heavy rain to finally make my mind up regarding a disc equipped bike, especially after riding the road bike with full 6700 Ultegra last weekend when I did a few accidental lock-ups and stoppies. Rained today and the new TRP EuroX alloys worked fine. Aaaaaargghhh.
Still, in 3 weeks I shall be in the land of Cyclocross and will see what they have for a decent price as the Euro isn't too bad at present (80p)
I see Hellfrauds have raised the price of the CX to £949.99 now. Still good value but I reckon its' days are numbered as they only list 3 sizes now.
That price, even with 10% from British Cycling, puts it out of the equation when I can get a Merida Disc 4 for £850.00
