It's about time I actually put some planning into my training though, as I am (or was until I became lazy) doing much the same routine week in week out.
I'll probably work on a 5 - 6 week cycle, with a 2 - 3 week build phase and a week doing not much / completely off at the end of the cycle, as I've noticed that not having enough recovery time has not helped at all.
I'm doing a modified sub-45 plan at the moment.
