That went better than expected: shirt, wallet, keys and phone all fitted in nicely, bag didn't move and was pretty comfortable. Plus I was free to loaf as soon as I got in - no heading back put for a run. I think I'll be doing this more often. Only problem is that trousers and shoes are at work, so I'll end up slowly moving over all my trousers and shoes to work... But logistics is a pain in the arse even if you're just cycling, no really big deal - you just know that one day, eventually, you're going to end up in a meeting wearing tiny shorts and having to explain yourself...
